In guild schools, the goal is to build a safe learning environment that utilizes digitalization. Each student builds their own learning path right from the beginning of their studies and learning solutions are made according to each individual’s goals. Team and peer learning as well as community spirit create a good team spirit and support learning. The right customer work and entrepreneurial practices increase the sense of ability. The work samples created from customer work create a great basis for the transition to working life.
