The main focus of the project was to reinforce the capacity of two bodies namely the Institute of Higher Education and Further Training (Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research) and National Centre of Training the Trainers and Education Engineering (Ministry of Professional Education and Employment). The training services focused on reinforcing the pedagogical skills of university teachers and trainers of vocational centres, enhancing their general skills (communication, leadership, innovation) and strengthening their skills to promote entrepreneurship.
